After watching Strangling Creativity, I can say that I agree with this video.  It is not fair that laws are restricting our creativity.  There is too much worry about copy writing and pirating.  You shouldn't need permission for everything.  Like the one example the guy talks about, when we first started flying, the government called this trespassing.  The planes were flying through the air over peoples property.  I think this is ridiculous personally, nobody owns pieces of the sky.  Not everything is owned by somebody, and shouldn't be.  Some things need to be free and open for everyone to use.  Not everyone has time to get permission to use different pieces of art, or music.  It's holding back our creativity.
